Gebruiksaanwijzing:

Unieke Ice Power menthol CRÈME voor intensieve effectieve behandeling van aanhoudende pijnen zoals nek- schouder- en rugpijn, blauwe plekken en groeipijnen.
Ook voor massage van de spieren vooraf inspanning ( training & wedstrijd) en na afloop voor herstel .

Gebruik Cold Crème ipv standaard warmtebalsems ook als “warming up” crème! Advies bij sport inspanningen: masseer 15 minuten voor aanvang de spieren en verhoog daarmee de zuurstofopname en de doorbloeding en vermindering van de verzuring van de spieren voor minimaal een uur na insmering met Cold Crème.

I was expecting an unflavored fiber powder. However, expect a sour/tart taste. This means you can't add it to tea or coffee. I don't think it is appropriate to say that it is "unflavored" as I've had psyllium husk from other vendors that are truly "unflavored" (i.e. no citric acid). Dextrin (another fiber source) is also unflavored. But this Metamucil is tart (like sucking a lime) and can only be added to tart juices like orange juice or lemonade.
