Het hackamore-hoofdstel behoeft bijna geen introductie. PS of Sweden heeft hun hackamore ontwikkeld door een oud ontwerp om te vormen tot een nieuwe en slanke versie met veel anatomische kenmerken. Perfect voor degenen die liever zonder bit rijden en hun paard de beste omstandigheden willen bieden om optimaal te presteren. Voor het beste flexibele comfort heeft de hackamore een extra brede neusriem die helpt de druk over de neusrug te verdelen. Het is ook gevoerd met een zeer zachte voering die wrijving op de neusrug voorkomt. De neusriem kan zowel aan de boven- als aan de onderkant worden versteld, zodat u het hoofdstel eenvoudig kunt aanpassen aan de behoeften van uw paard. De bakstukken zijn 16 cm lang en hebben het PS of Sweden-logo gegraveerd aan de zijkant. Het gebied rond de nek van het paard achter de oren is een zeer gevoelig gebied met veel zenuwen en ligamenten. Om de druk van het hoofdstel te verlichten, heeft PS of Sweden een kopstuk ontwikkeld dat extra breed is. Het kopstuk heeft ook een uitsnijding aan de bovenkant, die de druk gelijkmatig verdeelt en niet op één punt concentreert. Het kopstuk is ook uitgesneden om ruimte te bieden voor de oren van het paard - allemaal om het hoogste mogelijke comfort te bieden. De bakstukken hebben een verstelbare kaakriem om te voorkomen dat de bakstukken te dicht bij het oog glijden. Op deze manier zit de hackamore optimaal en geeft het een stijlvolle en nette uitstraling. Het frontriem is U-vormig om druk op het voorhoofd en de oogkas van het paard te voorkomen. Alle frontriemen van PS of Sweden zijn uitgerust met een rubberen binnenkant, de zogenaamde "anti-slip", die ervoor zorgt dat het frontriem omhoog blijft en voorkomt dat het naar beneden glijdt. Op dit specifieke hoofdstel hebben ze ook een stopper aan het kopstuk toegevoegd om ervoor te zorgen dat het frontriem op zijn plaats blijft. En alsof dat nog niet genoeg was, heeft het ook de geliefde Click-It-functie, waarmee je het frontriem eenvoudig kunt verwijderen en vervangen indien nodig, zelfs wanneer het paard het hoofdstel draagt. Good purchase

These are just the right weight for me to start gaining muscle back in my arms, after a large weight loss. They are of good quality, they are covered in a nice rubber like coating that is soft to the touch. They are small enough that i can take them with me when I travel. My dog has got hold of them a couple times and played with them, and they held up just fine without any damage.

Solid, grippy, and they don’t roll away!

I bought these because I’m finally trying to build a consistent home workout routine and didn't want to drop a fortune on name-brand weights. I’ve been using this 10lb pair for about a month now for everything from overhead presses to lunges, and honestly, they’re exactly what I was looking for.
The Pros:
• That Neoprene Grip: The coating is fantastic. Even when my hands get pretty sweaty halfway through a workout, I don’t feel like I’m going to drop them. It’s a much "softer" feel than cold metal or hard plastic.
• The Hex Shape: This is a small detail that makes a huge difference. Since the ends are hexagonal, they don't roll across the floor when I set them down between sets. They also stay put if I’m using them for "renegade rows" or floor work.
