Al palato richiama i sentori fruttati, con un sorso di media struttura, giustamente equilibrato e leggermente tannico.La beva semplice e appagante, fanno di questo Etna Rosso DOC della cantina I Vigneri, un vino schietto, versatile e affidabile, perfetto come compagno di pranzi e cene tra amici e famigliari. “Il Vino dei Vigneri” è ottenuto da vigne ultracentenarie, allevate ad alberello e coltivate su suolo sabbioso, in un contesto fedele alla genuinità e alla sostenibilità ambientale. Le uve sono vendemmiate manualmente in cassetta, quindi sottoposte a lunga macerazione e vinificate in vasche di vetro cemento, senza refrigerazioni ne lieviti selezionati.
Si abbina con preparazioni della cucina di terra, secondi di carne rossa e primi piatti al sugo di carne. Ottimo con carne alla griglia e arrosti.
