NutriFitt Epic Multi is a multivitamin geared toward performance. It sticks to a simple idea: give you solid daily vitamins and minerals, then add extras for brain power, joint health, hormone balance, and handling stress. No turning it into a stim-packed mess. You take 3 capsules, everything's listed out clear, and no prop blends hiding low doses. That's huge in a world of multis with shady mixes and tiny add-ins.

The vitamins and minerals are picked smart. Folate comes as L-5-methyltetrahydrofolate at 401 mcg DFE, not basic folic acid. That's key because 5-MTHF is the active methylated version your body uses for methylation and breaking down homocysteine. Studies back folate for brain growth and lowering homocysteine, and it shines with B12 and B6. This one teams it up with methylcobalamin B12 and pyridoxal-5-phosphate B6—the ready-to-use forms. Smart combo.

Minerals are on point too. Magnesium is magnesium bisglycinate chelate, easy on the gut and good for nerves, muscles, energy, and using vitamin D. At 105 mg elemental, it's a solid help, but not enough alone if you're low. Zinc is 11 mg as zinc glycinate chelate, a good daily hit for immunity, enzymes, and thyroid. Copper's in at 0.9 mg as copper glycinate to balance things out—zinc-heavy stuff without it can throw you off long-term. Iodine at 150 mcg pairs with selenium, zinc, and copper for solid thyroid support a

NutriFitt Epic Multi by NutriFitt contains 900mcg Vitamin A, a effective dose for health and performance.

Key Highlights

  • 401 mcg DFE L-5-Methyltetrahydrofolate — that's active folate, way better than generic folic acid. Your body jumps right into using it for methylation and homocysteine control, especially with methylcobalamin and P-5-P in the mix.
  • Methylcobalamin B12 plus Pyridoxal-5-Phosphate B6 — upgraded B vitamins that team up with 5-MTHF for methylation. This is what you want in a real daily multi, not the cheap junk in bargain brands.
  • 105 mg Magnesium as bisglycinate chelate — easy-to-handle form that helps with muscle function, vitamin D use, and recovery. Not a huge dose, but it's absorbable and adds real value in a multi.
  • 11 mg Zinc as glycinate chelate — solid daily amount for immune boosts, enzyme work, and hormone support. Chelated means better quality than the rough stuff in basic multis.
  • 0.9 mg Copper as glycinate chelate — keeps the zinc-copper balance right. Important because too much zinc without copper can mess things up; this formula gets it right.
  • 150 mcg Iodine with selenium, zinc, and copper — smart combo for thyroid health. Iodine supplies the building blocks for hormones, while selenium and zinc help make it all work.
  • 200 mg Lion’s Mane mushroom extract standardized to 30% polysaccharides — real dose for brain support. Not just hype; it makes this multi feel like a performance upgrade, not a basic pill.
  • 50 mg Broccoli standardized to 3,3’-Diindolylmethane — cool add for hormone balance. You don't see DIM in regular multis, and it sets this one apart for folks wanting more.

NutriFitt Epic Multi by NutriFitt contains 900mcg Vitamin A, a effective dose for health and performance.

Who Is This For?

  • Lifters hitting 4-6 days who have protein and pre-workout sorted but know performance needs nutrient basics. Methylated folate, methylcobalamin, chelated magnesium, and zinc help energy, recovery, and minerals athletes miss.
  • Busy pros training around long days who want a multi for body and brain. Lion’s mane, Panax notoginseng, and full vitamins beat drugstore basics.
  • Active folks wanting daily wellness with joint support. Hyaluronic acid, magnesium, D3, boron, and traces help movement as much as gym gains.
  • Guys after a multi with hormone smarts. Zinc, boron, D3, magnesium, and DIM-standardized broccoli go beyond RDA basics.
  • Women wanting active folate and B vitamins over synthetics. L-5-MTHF, methylcobalamin, and P-5-P smarten up methylation and homocysteine.
  • People who hate high-dose multis that upset stomachs or waste excess. Epic Multi keeps it balanced, uses good forms, and fits daily life.

How to Use

Take 3 capsules once a day with a meal and water. Breakfast or lunch works best for fat-soluble A, D3, and E—they go down and absorb better with fat. Sensitive stomach? Start with 1 cap for 2-3 days, then 2, then full. No stims, so no workout timing—just daily habit. Stacks with creatine, protein, omega-3s, hydration, and extra magnesium if needed. Don't double with another strong multi without checking overlaps on A, iodine, zinc. Store cool and dry, lid tight. Consistency beats occasional big doses.

What to Expect

First few days, no big rush—this is basics, not a stim. You might notice it sits easy with food, thanks to chelated minerals. By week 1, it's nice having everything in one serving. Weeks 2-4, you feel the steady nutrient flow, better energy from B vitamins, and recovery from magnesium, zinc, D3, and extras. Lion’s mane, ginseng, hyaluronic acid, and boron build over time. It's about lifting your everyday baseline, not a quick spike.

Frequently Asked Questions

What makes NutriFitt Epic Multi different from a basic multivitamin?

Epic Multi uses several upgraded nutrient forms instead of only low-cost commodity vitamins and minerals. Key examples include L-5-methyltetrahydrofolate instead of plain folic acid, methylcobalamin B12, pyridoxal-5-phosphate B6, riboflavin-5'-phosphate, magnesium bisglycinate, zinc glycinate, and copper glycinate. It also adds lion’s mane, hyaluronic acid, DIM-standardized broccoli, ginseng, inositol, and boron for broader performance-wellness support.

Is the folate in Epic Multi the active form?

Yes. Epic Multi provides folate as calcium-L-5-methyltetrahydrofolate, delivering 401 mcg DFE. That matters because 5-MTHF is the biologically active methylated form involved in methylation and homocysteine metabolism, especially when paired with methylcobalamin B12 and P-5-P B6.

How much magnesium is in NutriFitt Epic Multi?

Each 3-capsule serving provides 105 mg of magnesium as magnesium bisglycinate chelate. That is a quality, well-tolerated form and a meaningful daily contribution, though users with higher magnesium needs may still choose to add a standalone magnesium supplement.

Does Epic Multi contain stimulants or caffeine?

No. This is a stim-free daily multivitamin and wellness formula with no caffeine listed. It can be used alongside pre-workouts, coffee, or other stimulant-based products without adding more caffeine from the multi itself.

When should I take Epic Multi?

Take 3 capsules daily with a meal, ideally breakfast or lunch. Taking it with food supports tolerance and helps with absorption of fat-soluble vitamins like A, D3, and E.

Can I stack Epic Multi with creatine and protein?

Yes. Epic Multi is an easy base-layer supplement to run alongside creatine monohydrate, protein powder, omega-3s, hydration formulas, and pre-workouts. It fills micronutrient gaps while those products handle performance, recovery, and macronutrient support.

Why is copper included with zinc?

Because that is a smarter mineral design. Zinc at 11 mg supports immune and hormone-related physiology, but long-term zinc intake without copper can create imbalance. Including 0.9 mg copper helps maintain a more responsible mineral ratio.

Is the lion’s mane dose in Epic Multi a full standalone nootropic dose?

Not exactly. At 200 mg standardized to 30% polysaccharides, lion’s mane is a meaningful inclusion inside a multivitamin, but it is not equivalent to a dedicated high-dose standalone mushroom product. In this formula, it works as part of a broader daily cognitive-support profile.

Does Epic Multi support thyroid health?

It supports thyroid-related nutrient status through iodine, selenium, zinc, and copper. Iodine provides the raw material for thyroid hormone production, while selenium and zinc are involved in conversion and functional pathways. Anyone on thyroid medication should still speak with their clinician before use.

Is this a proprietary blend?

No. Epic Multi is fully disclosed, so every active ingredient and every dose is listed on the label. That is a major advantage over multis that hide their specialty ingredients behind vague complexes.

Baby bumps and bodyguards
Format: Kindle
Dark, emotional, and unexpectedly tender, Not Ready is an omegaverse romance that delivers found family feels, fierce protectiveness, and a very pregnant heroine who refuses to break. Vale’s on the run from a stalker, but lands in the arms of three private security alphas, cue the swoony tension, fake marriage twist, and slow-burn heat. It’s a little gritty, a little soft, and a whole lot addictive. If you love protective alphas, high stakes, and heroines with quiet strength, this one’s a must-read.

Strong Omegaverse Comfort and a Attention Grabbing Plot
Format: Kindle
Jillian West never misses when it comes to Omegaverse, and Not Ready is no exception. This story was the perfect blend of cozy comfort and emotional depth while still delivering a strong plot. Vale is such a powerful heroine, she is strong, capable, and determined but I love that she still allows her pack to love and take care of her. It’s that balance of independence and vulnerability that makes her so relatable. The relationship dynamics were amazing: Bishop is steadfast and completely head over heels, Mercy is skeptical but protective in his own way, and Holt is the hesitant one whose slow fall is so satisfying to watch unfold. The romance hits that sweet spot between insta-love and cautious build, keeping me hooked the entire way through. And that ending. Oh my god, the cliffhanger! I need the next book in this duet immediately.

Interesting
Format: Kindle
So I will say I enjoyed the story, for sure had its moments where it dragged but it was a great story. I really liked that omegas picked their alphas/make the pack. Normally the Alphas make it and the omega fits in with them which is great but I enjoyed this new version where all the power basically went to the omega. It was a nice change of pace. I can admit some of the weird bedroom stuff with her being pregnant was odd, it’s really not hard to do stuff when pregnant (I know I’ve had two and it’s normal and even encouraged at the end especially if you want the baby out). But I like the story as a whole and will read the second, I do hope the next one isn’t dragged bc it stopped being action or tense after she met her alphas and I don’t think it was brought up or properly done when they tried to do it. More sweet after she left.

I’m a little disappointed.
Format: Kindle
I usually like Jillian West’s books but this one was missing a lot for me. The pregnancy didn’t come across as real. She’s on her feet for 12 hour days but is perfectly healthy at 8 months pregnant? Yet the week she moves in all of a sudden she’s not? She is planning on actually running during one of the plot buildups. But at 8 months pregnant that’s incredibly hard to do. The lack of breathing ability and lung space, the change in body center, mass, and gravity. All of it prohibits running, unless you’re an athlete this didn’t come off as at all realistic. I didn’t feel any connection with the alphas. There wasn’t any emotional connection. It could be because of the tense it was written in. But I didn’t get any deep feelings out of this. It came across as checking off boxes. Even the spicy scenes weren’t really believable for me. I wanted to see them fall for her, and it just kind of all fizzled. Even Bishop. One thing I did really like was the ending. I did not see it coming and I’m interested in reading book two because of it. But on the whole this book was mostly disappointing for me.
