• Order 1 week before your event
  
• The product is carefully selected before shipping
• The product is harvested the day before it is shipped
• We do not offer refunds, only replacement product or future order credits
• On rare or exceptional occasions substitutions may be necessary, in which case we would make sure the product we are replacing it with is similar to your original choice. We will always communicate you first via email of such change, however in certain circumstances a flower substitution may be shipped without written or verbal confirmation from you.

• DO NOT WATER! They do not need any water. Sprinkling water or perfume can cause damage
