上槽後不經過濾，直接入樽後才每一支都小心經過加熱，再經冷藏去徹底管理品質。
平淡的香氣卻帶有它的個性，優雅的旨味和乾脆的酸味取得良好的平衡。剛開樽時的新鮮氣泡和清爽香味正是它的特徵。
開樽後味道會漸漸融合起來，日本酒本身的口感會逐漸湧現。

For the record... This is the FIRST ever I'm reviewing something on the first day! This stuff smells amazing! And all I've washed so far with it is my hands! Got it, (after an 8hr shift of work) and washed my hands with it, sitting outside 80 degrees with a breeze and I keep getting a wiff of it. Smells amazing like I'm wearing a cologne! My wife noticed and asked why I was wearing cologne. Highly recommend
