Six Questions Your PackageHub Business Centers Franchise Business Plan Must Answer

We developed this franchise unit business plan in Microsoft Word based on our own independent research into the business center franchise model. All six chapters are pre-populated with data specific to opening and operating a modern shipping store franchise, including revenue projections starting at $463,000 in the first year. The entire document is fully editable to match your local market and financial assumptions.

Question 1: What is the core business case for this franchise unit?

The business case is to establish a one-stop 'business concierge' hub in a high-growth urban district, capturing demand from local entrepreneurs, e-commerce sellers, and remote professionals with a sophisticated mix of logistics, printing, and business mailbox rental services.

Strategic Rationale

  • Targets a growing niche of local small businesses and digital nomads.
  • Offers a convenient, one-stop solution for essential business operations.
  • Projects strong revenue growth to $921,000 within five years.
[dynamic_pic9]

Question 2: What specific services will the unit offer and why will customers choose them?

The unit will offer four primary revenue streams: multi-carrier shipping, subscription mailbox rentals, professional printing services, and partnership packages. Customers will choose this business center franchise for its convenience, transparent rate-comparison technology, and high-touch, professional support that goes beyond a typical shipping counter.

Core Revenue Streams

  • Shipping and Logistics Fees: Income from all major carriers.
  • Subscription Mailbox Rentals: Recurring revenue from secure, 24/7 mailboxes.
  • Commercial Printing Services: High-margin, on-demand printing for local businesses.
[dynamic_pic10]

Question 3: Who are the target customers and what is the local market opportunity?

The primary customers are home-based businesses, remote professionals, and small e-commerce sellers who need reliable logistics and administrative infrastructure without the overhead. The market opportunity is to become the indispensable operational partner for the growing entrepreneurial ecosystem in the area, which is defintely a key success factor.

Local Customer Segments

  • Home-Based Businesses: Requiring professional shipping and printing.
  • Remote Professionals & Digital Nomads: Seeking secure mailboxes and business services.
  • E-commerce Sellers: Needing specialized fulfillment and multi-carrier options.
[dynamic_pic11]

Question 4: How will the unit acquire and retain customers profitably?

Customer acquisition will be driven by hyper-local digital marketing, B2B referral networks with co-working spaces and real estate offices, and the visibility of a prime retail location. Retention hinges on delivering a superior 'business concierge' experience that builds loyalty and generates recurring revenue through high-touch service and subscription offerings.

Go-to-Market Channels

  • Hyper-local SEO and Digital Marketing: To attract local entrepreneurs online.
  • B2B Referral Networks: Partnerships with other local businesses.
  • Physical Retail Storefront: High-visibility location to drive walk-in traffic.
[dynamic_pic12]

Question 5: Who will run the business and what is the staffing plan?

The franchise unit will be led by a dedicated franchisee or a hired Store Manager ($65,000 annual salary), supported by an Operations Supervisor and a team of customer service and logistics staff. The staffing plan starts with 5.0 full-time equivalent employees in Year 1 and scales to 9.5 by Year 5, ensuring service quality is maintained as the business grows.

Key Operational Roles

  • Store Manager: Oversees daily operations, sales, and P&L.
  • Operations Supervisor: Manages logistics, inventory, and staff scheduling.
  • Customer Service & Logistics Staff: The front-line team executing all services.
[dynamic_pic13]

Question 6: What are the startup costs, revenue potential, and key financial milestones?

The total initial capital expenditure is estimated at $484,500, which covers the $49,500 franchise fee, $180,000 in leasehold improvements, and all necessary equipment. Key financial milestones include reaching operational break-even within 6 months (June 2026), achieving $463,000 in first-year revenue, and scaling to an annual EBITDA of $203,000 by Year 5.

Unit Financial Highlights

  • Total Startup CAPEX: $484,500.
  • Breakeven: 6 Months (by June 2026).
  • Year 5 EBITDA: $203,000 on $921,000 in revenue.

I’m a little disappointed.
Format: Kindle
I usually like Jillian West’s books but this one was missing a lot for me. The pregnancy didn’t come across as real. She’s on her feet for 12 hour days but is perfectly healthy at 8 months pregnant? Yet the week she moves in all of a sudden she’s not? She is planning on actually running during one of the plot buildups. But at 8 months pregnant that’s incredibly hard to do. The lack of breathing ability and lung space, the change in body center, mass, and gravity. All of it prohibits running, unless you’re an athlete this didn’t come off as at all realistic. I didn’t feel any connection with the alphas. There wasn’t any emotional connection. It could be because of the tense it was written in. But I didn’t get any deep feelings out of this. It came across as checking off boxes. Even the spicy scenes weren’t really believable for me. I wanted to see them fall for her, and it just kind of all fizzled. Even Bishop. One thing I did really like was the ending. I did not see it coming and I’m interested in reading book two because of it. But on the whole this book was mostly disappointing for me.

Vale is an 8 month pregnant omega working as a waitress at a strip club and a cam girl. She starts to get very creepy vibes from a regular at the club, and her baby daddy ghosted her. She has had an online relationship with a man named Bishop through her cam girl status. One night, bishop was paying to watch her sleep and ansthe creepy regular Andrew break in and watch her sleep he tells vale to come to him at his business now. She flees and finds herself at a large security company with some.hot of alphas who are there to help her. This imegaverse is a little different than I have read, but I am thoroughly enjoying it. Vale is not a traditional omega she was raised by a single beta mom, and the alphas are not normal alphas they have never really loved pack life. But they are ruthless mercenaries. They need her, and she needs them. I love the aspect of the stalker and now the plot twists at the end, so so good. Sometimes, it seemed a little slow and stale mated, but since this a duet, I think It was just her starting to have Vale get to know her alpha suitors. Cliffhanger for sure with this one.

That ending 😫
Format: Kindle
I fell into a false sense of security and really thought this was gearing towards a happy ending. Then I realized there’s no work they don’t punish Andrew. I really liked Vale’s character. I don’t normally read books with pregnancy but going into this knowing she was pregnant made it more enjoyable for me. I loved Bishops devotion to her and her happiness. I also loved that Holt and Mercy couldn’t fight their attraction to her. I love scent matches so very much. I’m so curious to see how this duet will end up. And I need to pay more attention and notice that a book I’m starting is a duet to begin with lol

I just knew there was something about Cooper! I’m wondering if he’s about to be included but damn I’m glad he’s at least not a rapist and creepy guy, he just got called on assignment and had to go! This should be interesting! She’s gonna run and then what’s his face is gonna grab her. I’m worried! Wow that was a great book and cliffhanger! Loving this!

Good start to a series
Format: Kindle
I delayed reading the series for reasons I don’t remember. But my TBR list is huge so I thought I’d take a shot of this and I was pleasantly surprised. I didn’t think the blurb about it was anything special. But it was a very good book. It took some interesting twists and turns. I am so glad the second book is already out. Because I would not have waited patiently. Very slow burn but good storyline. 🔥🔥/5
