Since Marula oil has a comedogenic value of 3-4, depending on your skin type it may cause moderate to moderately low clogging of pores.
Patch Test is advisable before adding a new product to your routine. Apply the product on your inner elbow/jawline and observe for the next 24 hours. If there’s no reaction, you can apply the product to your face. If the skin is sensitive, continue the test for 7 days. This helps ensure you are not allergic to any ingredient. Easy to read and practical and as someone that has a lot of money and is happy I can tell you this book is accurate for most people to follow. Stop watching stupid Instagram and read a book like this you can read it in a day and it can chart your life for the next 5 years. I don't know the author. But I'd like to.
