The Exo Terra Glass Terrarium is the ideal reptile or amphibian housing designed by European herpetologists. The front opening doors allow easy access for maintenance and feeding. A specially designed lock will prevent escape, and the doors can be opened separately. The full-screen top ventilation allows UVB and infrared penetration and is completely removable for easy access while decorating or cleaning. In the back of the screen cover are five closable wire or tube inlets on both sides to install Heat Wave Rocks, Waterfalls, sensors, etc. inside the terrarium. The bottom plate of the terrarium is raised to mount a substrate heater to heat a part of the extended ground surface. The extra high fixed front window is ideal for thick layers of substrates (burrowing reptiles), aquatic parts (paludarium), or to mount an Exo Terra reptile den. The natural background is in the same color as all other Exo Terra decoration items (Water Dishes, Waterfalls, Heat Wave Rocks, etc.) and provides extra climbing. Perfect Balance of Comfort & Support!

Hard to judge thickness with only dimensions to go by

Very nice quality, just what I hoped for. But it's just too thick for me. I'm thinking of using my electric knife to try to skim enough off to be usable. I've slept most of my life on latex pillows and have not enjoyed using other pillows.

Good pillow, but too high for my neck

I love the Talalay latex for the quality, and that there is no smell. However, it is too high for my neck. I wish the company would make it in a 3" version, instead of just 5.5". They do have a "slim" version, but it is not even the same kind of pillow. It measures 2.5" and the back side is completely flat, so you can not turn it in over for use. The company basically took this 5.5" version and cut it in half for the slim.
