Its inverted top makes for more filter surface area, resulting in longer service intervals.Unique One-Piece Housing:The one-piece sealed housing, constructed of heat-resistant XLPE (cross-linked polyethylene) polymer, features our patent-pending filter-to-housing interface. Its innovative design minimizes the total number of parts, making for an easy installation. A large, clear sight window allows for hassle-free filter inspection, without having to disassemble your system. The factory air inlet attaches with zero hardware and an auxiliary air inlet can be used to bring in additional air, or can be closed with an included plug.Dyno-Tuned Intake Tube:This system features a high quality, computer-designed, dyno-tuned intake tube to achieve maximum power gains while maintaining a perfect fit. More work than it’s worth
It was great quality and the weight was nice, but it was odd having the open bottom and no spout to dribble into a cup when making an espresso. It was difficult to get the wire tool out of the end of the handle, making it difficult to use. I was not that impressed and it’s quite expensive.

Quality and Function
Looks like a silly little thing, I am not a coffee enthusiast. But it does exactly what it is supposed to do and with high quality. The device (a stretch to call it that) is made of sturdy materials including the needles. They give you two different thicknesses of needles, one for expressi (0.3) and one set for coffee grinds (0.4). Each comes wth some spares. The stand is well designed and keeps grinds from spreading all over. It is very elegant design. I use this with a dosing funnel on my portafilter. Not the cheapest one could buy but well worth the money.

Perfect WDT tool
Best WDT I’ve found. Love that it includes 0.3mm needles (as I’ve found that 0.4mm needles push the grounds around too much), and the stand is very clever. It knocks off the residual grounds on the needles and is easy to use. As far as WDT tools go, I can’t imagine anything better.
