  • Includes a stainless crumb/grease tray with stainless wood platform.
  • Accommodates wood chips, blocks, or logs for added smoke flavor.
  • Designed for use on VACBxx-xxx gas charbroilers produced from February 2013 to the present.
  • Can be placed on top of an equipment stand or refrigerated base without affecting base performance.
