"Dive / 4am" is the latest outing from San Francisco Bay Area-based six-piece, The Seshen. The 7" outlines the steps the group has made since their critically acclaimed sophomore album in 2016, both as a band and as individuals. "Since 'Flames & Figures', a lot has been taking place both internally and externally. We were on tour for the last album when Trump was elected. There was an intense heaviness, a familiar one, one that extends generations and it just sunk in even further", singer/lyricist Lalin St. Juste explains. Side A opens with distorted four-to-the-floor chomper, "Dive". Aggressive yet danceable, gritty but somehow unstoppable, "Dive" is inspired the profound need for change, catalysed through the somnambulant Larry Heard-esque bassline meshed to the warped tones of Lalin's vocals. "The path towards my power, my strength, being okay with being unapologetic is just starting. I'm reclaiming what I have lost, reclaiming what has been passed down to me. The song is about the ground beginning to shake", Lalin preaches. While in contrast on side B, "4am" untethers the listener by exploring a sense of spaciousness, flourishing the sparseness, distracting with moving snippets of delicate production. Lyrically tackling the insomniacs waking nightmare, "4am" is about the witching hour, battling against oneself. "I was experiencing anxiety at night... where I would review all my actions and all the things I said throughout the day in search of something that I did wrong. Little pieces break off

My dog is obsessed with this. It does last a long time even given her strong chewing capabilities. I wish it was a little bigger. The main reason I rated it so low is when my dog is chewing on this it breaks off a little plastic peice and sometimes it hits the back of her throat making her cough so you have to supervise with this.

Great for aggressive chewers

My dog is an aggressive chewer so they are great for her. I would love to have one a bit thinner so it could fit in a holder so it is easier for her to hold while eating. This keeps her busy and is long lasting. I have purchased these multiple times.

Great for a chewer

My dog loves a hard toy and a durable one. My dog has been chewing on this for months and it is still holding strong. Because it is a hard toy when my dog brings this into another room with a hard floor and drops the toy it can be startling. My dog will choose this toy over others on a daily basis and brings the toy to other rooms.

GREAT TOY

My 6m old Shepard Terrier LOVES this toy. He loves chewing on wood and we’ve gotten him all types of chew toys but I’ve never seen any toy keep him this busy and interested. Buy if ur dog chews furniture!!!!
