Sunflowers are known for following the sun across the sky, reminding us to keep seeking light even through difficult seasons.

Complete your race anytime between July 1 and December 31, 2026 — wherever and however you choose. Run outdoors, walk your neighborhood, hike a trail, or complete your miles on a treadmill.

🏅 Medals begin shipping in mid-June 2026 and feature a stunning sunflower-inspired design that radiates warmth, encouragement, and sunshine.
