Mê món sườn heo nướng BBQ thì không thể thiếu chai Sốt BBQ sườn heo 290g thần thánh hãng Beksul Hàn Quốc. Người dân Hàn vẫn luôn nổi tiếng là chuyên gia ướp thịt bởi một tuần có lẽ họ phải ăn ít nhất một lần món thịt nướng, và sốt ướp Beksul chính là trợ thủ đắc lực của họ.

Sốt được làm dựa trên công thức tỷ lệ vàng chứa đựng bí quyết riêng của hãng được tích lũy từ năm 1953 bao gồm sự kết hợp của nhiều loại nguyên liệu và gia vị như táo, lê, hành tây, nước tương,...tạo nên một loại sốt mặn ngọt dịu nhẹ. Bạn chỉ cần ướp thịt với sốt khoảng 20~30 phút là nấu được ngay mà không cần phải cho thêm bất kì gia vị nào thêm.

Giúp tiết kiệm thời gian nấu nướng mà vẫn có được hương vị sườn nướng đặc trưng của người Hàn.

Ngoài dùng để ướp sườn nướng , sườn kho thì có thể dùng để chế biến các món khác như Jangjorim, tteokbokki hoàng gia,...

Thành phần: Nước tương (nước, protein thủy phân từ đậu nành, sốt đậu nành pha, muối, xi-rô bắp, giàu fructose), đường, lê nghiền nhuyễn 7%, táo nghiền huyễn 6%, hành tây nghiền nhuyễn, tỏi băm, rượu nấu ăn, gừng băm, tiêu đen, muối, chiết xuất ớt,....
Bảo quản: Nơi khô ráo, thoáng mát và tránh ánh nắng mặt trời. Bảo quản lạnh sau khi mở bao bì.
Khối lượng tịnh: 290g/chai
Hướng dẫn sử dụng: Ướp sườn với sốt BBQ khoảng 30 phút hoặc lâu hơn. Khoảng 125g sốt thích hợp ướp cho 600g sườn. Nướng hoặc xào khô dùng với các món rau cải tùy thích.

Small clip, big help

I've been making wine for 3 years now. Due to a cramped work area I use about 20 carboys which makes for lots of siphoning each time I need to re-rack. This small clip has made the process so much less hassle. It clips nicely to the 3, 5 and 6 gallon glass carboys that I use. It's tight enough on the siphon tube to prevent slippage. Pro-tip: Once your siphon is started, slide the clip around the rim of the carboy to position it under the siphon hose. This will keep the siphon tube fairly straight up and down in the carboy. Otherwise, the weight and pressure of the hose will cause the tube to not be vertical and you'll miss a larger portion of your beverage in the re-rack than you would if the tube were perfectly vertical.
