Ssamjang (쌈장) được biết biết đến như một loại tương chấm không thể thiếu trên bàn tiệc BBQ của người Hàn, đặc biệt là khi ăn kèm với món Samgyeopsal.

Đây là một loại tương được trộn hỗn hợp từ tương đậu và tương ớt lên men, có vị bùi mềm và hơi cay. Chỉ cần phết một chút lên miếng thịt, sau đó cuộn cùng với lá mè, dưa chuột, cà rốt...là bạn đã có ngay một cách ăn hấp dẫn đúng chuẩn hương vị Hàn Quốc.

Ngoài ra, bạn có thể biến tấu để ăn kèm với các món chấm lẩu thịt bò, cừu, hải sản hoặc đơn giản là thịt luộc, bạn nên trải nghiệm thử món thịt luộc cuộn bánh đa với sốt này.
