Ingredients:
- Rice Ferment Extract, Witch Hazelnut Extract, Green Apple Cider Vinegar.
- Shake well to activate. Spray over face and wipe excess toner with cotton. Avoid contact with eyes. Or Saturate a cotton pad with the Toner and gently wipe the pad over your skin until it is completely free of any residue left after cleansing. Use after cleansing in the morning and evening to help moisturize and maintain the skin barrier
