卡羅 御露粉-Royal Dew Jelly Premix(1kg*包)
口感有別於果凍較脆口。由澱粉及精製膠凍材料混合而成，有嚼感，透明，冷藏不脫水，Ｑ度好，可製作葛切麵、酒菓。
製作方法：
1. 將御露粉100克加入糖400克拌勻備用。
2. 將水1500±2克倒入容器內加熱至50℃，
加入步驟1的部分再加熱至沸騰。
3. 調色及香味最後充填入模具成型。
儲 存：置於陰涼、乾燥處一年。
