The Rabbit COL6Alpha1 (Collagen Type VI Alpha 1) ELISA immunoassay kit uses the Sandwich-ELISA principle. The micro ELISA plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to Rabbit COL6Alpha1. Standards or samples are added to the micro ELISA plate wells and combined with the specific antibody. Then a biotinylated detection antibody specific for Rabbit COL6Alpha1 and Avidin-Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugate are added successively to each micro plate well and incubated. Free components are washed away. The substrate solution is added to each well. Only those wells that contain Rabbit COL6Alpha1, biotinylated detection antibody and Avidin-HRP conjugate will appear blue in color. The enzyme-substrate reaction is terminated by the addition of stop solution and the color turns yellow. The optical density (OD) is measured spectrophotometrically at a wavelength of 450 nm ± 2 nm. The OD value is proportional to the concentration of Rabbit COL6Alpha1. You can calculate the concentration of Rabbit COL6Alpha1 in the samples by comparing the OD of the samples to the standard curve.

I have had 5 pairs of these. They are the best ear buds I’ve tried. They outlasted my expensive Beats Pro which are exactly alike but $150. The battery life on them is much better. The sound quality is comparable. I use them for calls at home and work, audiobooks and music when I’m doing things at home. Range is decent enough. Super easy to pair, though they don’t come with instructions. You can find them online though. The only issue I’ve ever had was with one pair I opened, there was only one ear bud inside. The only reason I have so many pairs is because I keep one pair in my work bag and one I use at home, and I have lost a couple of them so had to replace. They last forever. They stay on and don’t hurt my ears. I’ve recommend them to many people. I try to get them when they are on sale, and then it’s a great value for the price. I just bought another pair as a backup to store away, and notice they are $2 more than the sale price I usually get. Still worth it. Get them!
