About the Author
Byron Foster, who has been certified as a personal fitness trainer, a sports conditioning specialist, and a football conditioning specialist, founded El Toro Training. Byrons contributions to the community include writing Beyond the Rhetoric, which addresses the issues of race in our society. He was a guest speaker at the Ach/Hughes Alumni Associations 10th Annual Scholarship Brunch and volunteered as a motivational speaker at the River City Correctional Center.
