Nourishes hair after shampooing and provides easier combing. Repair Shampoo is the ideal pre-treatment for damaged and stressed hair. It gently cleanses the delicate hair and provides a smooth hair surface. This makes the hair easier to comb without breaking off. The ideal preparation for any subsequent system treatment.

Application: Work evenly into damp hair. Apply Shampoo Relax hair wash. Rinse carefully.

  • System Professional EnergyCode Repair R2 Conditioner, 200 ml:

Improved comb-ability and a supple hair feel. A rich conditioning cream that effectively repairs in just 30 seconds, providing suppleness and renewed resilience.

How to use: After shampooing with a suitable System Professional shampoo, apply 1 to 2 pumpfuls of the conditioner to towel-dried hair. Comb through the hair and leave the conditioner on for 30 seconds. Then emulsify with water and rinse thoroughly. Then apply a selected finishing product and style as usual.

  • System Professional EnergyCode Repair R5 Perfect Hair, 150 ml:

Stability and strength. Hair is up to 10 times more susceptible to damage when wet. When exposed to heat, it needs protection against the heat and mechanical damage during blow drying. System Professional Perfect Hair provides the hair with volume and improves its structure. The leave-in foam deeply strengthens the hair fibres. Hydrolysed keratin and amino acids penetrate the porous zones of the hair structure and rebuild the damaged area. The protective polymers of the Thermo-Resist formula make the hair more resistant to the effects of heat - for strong and elastic hair.

How to use: Self-releasing foam dispenser. Do not shake the bottle. Ideal application before blow-drying. Apply 2 to 6 pump shots of the foam to the hair. Then comb through and blow dry. Do not rinse.

I bought these because I’m finally trying to build a consistent home workout routine and didn't want to drop a fortune on name-brand weights.
