The hat is made from a 100 percent cotton twill which is a woven fabric. Soiling and stains are less noticeable on woven fabrics and they are also more durable than non-woven fabrics. All our caps are made to the highest standards using only the best quality materials. Seams are double stitched for strength and long life and the construction is quality checked before the cap leaves the factory. This design features a flap that extends downwards covering your neck and protecting you from sunburn. If the day is not too sunny, the flap can be folded away and packed into a concealed pouch out of the way. Use the tie toggle to secure the hat around your chin, it will never fall off.
