The duality runs deep in the record's unlikely birth story as well. In the winter of 2006, Falana lost half of her index finger in a workplace elevator accident in New York City. On the passenger seat of her car that morning - when the shoegaze/psychedelic songwriter was pulled over (and let go) with expired California plates and no insurance - sat cassette tapes of Django Reinhardt and Jerry Garcia, two guitarists famous for adapting to missing or damaged fingers in the pursuit of their art.

Excellent sport sock!

Molds onto foot, super soft and breathable. A lot of my ankle socks tend to slip or cut off blood circulation. This one literally is a perfect fit. No slip. After playing hours of tennis every week, my feet don't feel sore or bruised. Must buy!

Sizing way off
Size: One Size, Color: (100) White / White / Halo Gray
These were my favorite socks, at least the old style was. They redid them and I was okay with it. However, I don't understand how they are a one size fits most. I tried them on and they were still too big at the top. There was so much extra fabric at the toes. For reference, I wear a size 8.5 women's shoe, typically. The packaging says fits most from size 5.5 to 12. I don't understand how it fits that wide range of shoe size. Definitely returning these and I will be buying something else.
