Suggested Usage
Recommended use: This is a bioenergetic multivitamin and mineral formula for the maintenance of good health, specifically to the most common concerns of mature men.
Recommended adult dose: Two (2) tablets daily with meals a few hours before or after taking any medications, or as directed by a health care practitioner.
