Description: All Systems Go is a brand new West Coast Double IPA that we have assaulted with a crazy fun combo of Mosaic Incognito, Mosaic, Simcoe, Centennial & Manilita. It's a real old school meets new scenario which we're absolutely digging. We started off with a new-school lean and clean pilsner malt base gives us a stunning light straw colour that truly lets the hops pop. Out of the glass we're getting poppy aromas of resinous pine, blueberries & passionfruit. Take a big ol' sip and those same notes come through, with plenty of red candy, berries, punchy grapefruit, tropical fruit punch and an oily resin classic west coast finish. The finish is dangerously clean and spritzy covering any hint of the 8.1% abv.
