成分:甘草、肉桂、白胡椒、小茴香、丁香、花椒、大茴香、桂子、三奈、桂枝、桂智、白芷、公丁香、五加皮、桂通

保存方法:請放置在陰涼處勿受潮或陽光直射！開封後請儘速食用完畢！
醃漬好方法:
步驟:
1.選肥瘦相間帶皮的五花肉，每片切約1.5公分的厚度
2.五花肉倒入米酒，抹勻後稍加按摩
3.蒜頭剁碎和醃料粉及五花肉ㄧ起拌勻
4.拌勻材料後按摩片刻，先置冰箱冷藏三天讓豬肉充分入味
5.取乾淨袋子分裝，可冷凍保存至少三個月。
6.食用時不用洗，180°C預熱，烤10～12分鐘，再燜5分鐘即可。
7.蘸【薑醋醬】才算完美呦！或是炒蒜苗也不錯吃的！
8.或者配上韓式泡菜也是不錯的選擇👍

醃料粉10-15克
粗粒黑胡椒粉 5g
醬油 3大匙
蒜末 50g
花椒粉 3g
蘸醬:
薑泥 1大匙
味醂 1大匙
米醋 1大匙
檸檬汁 1/2小匙
