The Human ATG9A (Autophagy-related protein 9A) ELISA Kit measures ATG9A in Human Serum, Plasma, Cell Culture Supernatant, Cell or Tissue Lysate. This kit is based on Double antibody-Sandwich ELISA detection method and takes 4h assay time. The microplate provided in this kit has been precoated with anti ATG9A antibody. Add standard and properly diluted sample into relevant well respectively. After incubation, wash unbound components. Add biotinylated detection antibody. Then, it binds with ATG9A bound to precoated antibody. Wash unbound components and add HRP-Streptavidin Conjugate (SABC). Wash unbound components again and add TMB substrate solution. Then, TMB was catalyzed by HRP to produce a blue color product that turned yellow after adding a stop solution. Read the O.D. absorbance at 450nm in a microplate reader. Calculate the concentration of ATG9A in the sample by plotting standard curve. The concentration of the target substance is proportional to the OD450 value.

I decided to switch from synthetic bedding to 100% cotton, and I am SO glad I did. The quality of this set is amazing. I washed everything before using it, and it washed well overall. There were a few small cotton fuzzies after washing, but nothing a quick lint roll couldn’t fix. I ordered the sage green duvet cover and pillowcases, and the color is beautiful. In bright morning light it looks more like a true sage green, while in dimmer lighting it can lean more earthy or military green. Either way, it’s stunning, cozy, and really warms up the room. The biggest difference for me was the sleep quality. I normally wake up several times a night and overheat easily, but the first night sleeping with this duvet cover and my new 100% cotton sheets, I slept completely through the night without waking up once. The cotton feels slightly heavier in the best way -- cozy and tucked in without feeling hot or suffocating. It was truly the best night's sleep I have gotten in a very long time. I honestly didn’t realize how much fabric type could affect sleep quality until now. My body responded so well to the cotton that I don’t think I can ever go back to synthetic bedding again.
