The Milesight T500 is a robust, high-precision industrial temperature sensor engineered for accurate and reliable measurements in extreme environments. It is specifically designed for monitoring a wide temperature range from -50°C to +500°C, making it the ideal solution for a variety of industrial processes, including manufacturing, industrial automation, and monitoring high-heat equipment. This sensor utilizes a PT100 platinum resistance thermometer to deliver stable and precise temperature readings. The 3-wire connection ensures high-precision data capture for critical applications.
Long-Range Wireless Connectivity with LoRaWAN
Featuring LoRaWAN® wireless technology, the T500 offers long-range data transmission of up to 10 km in line-of-sight conditions. This low-power communication protocol allows for an exceptional battery life of up to 10 years from its built-in 19000 mAh Li-SOCL2 battery, minimizing maintenance and replacement needs. The sensor is easily configurable via Near Field Communication (NFC) technology, allowing for quick and straightforward setup using a smartphone app.
Built for Harsh Environments
The T500 is constructed to withstand challenging industrial conditions. The main body of the sensor is housed in a rugged, IP67-rated waterproof enclosure, ensuring protection against dust and water ingress. The sensor probe itself has an IP30 rating. This durable design makes the T500 a dependable solution for even the most demanding remote or harsh environments. For seamless integration, it is compliant with standard LoRaWAN® gateways and network servers and can be managed through the Milesight IoT Cloud solution for remote data visualization and management.
