Nike ZoomX Pegasus Plus Oatmeal Anthracite is the versatile daily trainer designed for runners who crave a smooth, responsive ride across every mile. Built around Nike's ZoomX foam, this shoe blends plush cushioning with energetic return, so you can go farther, faster, and with less fatigue.

  • Lightweight yet cushioned ride: ZoomX foam delivers a lively, propulsive feel underfoot without weighing you down, making it ideal for easy runs, tempo sessions, and repeated strides during speed days.
  • Breathable, secure fit: The engineered mesh upper keeps your feet cool when the pace picks up, while a supportive midfoot lock keeps the heel and foot in place through every push-off.
  • Durable traction for road running: A resilient outsole pattern provides reliable grip on pavement and asphalt, so you’re confident in varying weather and surface conditions.
  • Balance between comfort and performance: The Pegasus Plus design prioritizes a stable, roomy forefoot with a cushioned feeling that supports long runs, recovery days, and everything in between.
  • Colorway that moves with you: Oatmeal Anthracite pairs easily with workout gear and looks fresh on every training loop or race-day warm-up.

Who is this for? Runners seeking a dependable daily trainer that can handle high-mileage weeks, tempo efforts, and recovery runs without sacrificing energy return. It’s especially well-suited for those who want a forgiving yet responsive ride that translates into quicker paces over time.

Why it stands out against ordinary trainers: the ZoomX Pegasus Plus combines Nike’s flagship midsole technology with thoughtful upper design and a durable outsole, delivering a cohesive package that feels intuitive from the first mile to the last. It’s not just about cushioning—it’s about momentum, confidence, and consistency in every stride.

Practical tips for best results: break in the shoe with shorter runs first, lace to secure the midfoot without over-tightening, and pair with moisture-wicking socks for comfort during warm weather. If you’re switching from a firmer trainer, gradually increase weekly mileage to allow your legs to adapt to the ZoomX feel.

Care and maintenance: clean with mild soap and water, remove excess dirt after runs, and air-dry away from direct heat to preserve the foam and upper fit.

Experience the balanced, responsive performance of the Nike ZoomX Pegasus Plus Oatmeal Anthracite on your next run and feel how a purpose-built daily trainer can elevate your every mile.

A Beta Worth Rooting For
Format: Kindle
In Spare, Violet Fox flips the omegaverse on its head, giving us a Beta heroine determined to make her mark. Joining the Beta Trials to support her sick father, she's thrown into a pack that doesn't want her, especially the possessive Alphas. But here's the twist: their sweet Omega turns out to be her scent match. Cue the angst, forbidden tension, and a slow-burn romance that will make your heart ache in the best way. Violet Fox delivers an emotional, refreshing take on the genre, proving Betas aren't "spares." They're stars.

Beta, Alpha, Omega oh my!
Format: Kindle
Omegas are precious and given to Alphas & their packs... but the Betas want in too. To this end, the Beta government is rolling out its trial of assigning a Beta to each Alpha-Omega pack. But forcing a Beta into a pack where they are not wanted will not end well... Of course, no one expected the Omega to fall for the assigned Beta. Great read and cliffhanger

A familiar story, just with…..less.
Format: Kindle
So, as other reviewers make clear, this is very similar to Pack Darling and The Beta. It’s much closer aligned with The Beta, in plot and maybe more like Pack Darling with characters. That being said, I don’t hate this…..but it wasn’t great either. It’s both books mentioned but just….less. Less angst, less emotion, less feeling. The plot feels very half fleshed out, and the “bad guy” feels underwhelming. I didn’t really feel any real emotions from and of the male leads, except maybe Oliver. The others fell sorta flat for me. And Mika makes herself out to be this big bad ass straight outta training and then we never see it from here again with the one fitting room incident as the exception. SPOILER: The whole, “Oh, I’m actually probably an Omega, but I don’t wanna be but I do actually wanna be but no one can ever know my secret that I do nothing to hide “ thing fell so flat. She never commutes to believing she was secretly an omega, but also mentions her “secret” a lot. It just felt so manufactured. I’m intrigued enough to read part 2 and see how the author closes everything out, but this is not one I’ll recommend or ever come back to.

Good start to a series
Format: Kindle
I delayed reading the series for reasons I don’t remember. But my TBR list is huge so I thought I’d take a shot of this and I was pleasantly surprised. I didn’t think the blurb about it was anything special. But it was a very good book. It took some interesting twists and turns. I am so glad the second book is already out. Because I would not have waited patiently. Very slow burn but good storyline. 🔥🔥/5

A good read
Format: Kindle
Multiple points of view. 3 Alpha men and an Omega male. She is a Beta in training for a new program placing betas in Alpha/Omega packs. Mila is only doing the program for the money to take care of her dad. She wasn't expecting to fall for a pack but when she sees this packs Omega she is done for. There is just something about him. His Alphas are good looking as well. Too bad she is hiding a secret and their government is acting shady. I liked it and can't wait to see where their story goes.
