Le Beaune 1er Cru Blanc "Les Pertuisots" 2022 de Philippe Germain est un vin blanc de grande finesse, issu de l'un des premiers crus les plus réputés de Beaune, en Bourgogne. Ce Chardonnay est cultivé sur le terroir exceptionnel des Pertuisots* dont les sols calcaires et bien drainés confèrent au vin une belle minéralité et une profondeur aromatique marquée.

Sa robe est d’un jaune pâle aux reflets dorés. Au nez, il exprime des arômes délicats de fleurs blanches, de fruits à chair blanche comme la poire et la pêche, et de subtiles notes de beurre frais et d’amande, typiques de l’élevage en fûts. En bouche, ce Beaune 1er Cru est ample et élégant, doté d’une belle acidité qui équilibre sa rondeur. La texture est soyeuse, et la finale, longue et saline, révèle des nuances minérales et grillées.

Ce vin se sert idéalement entre 10 et 12°C et s’accorde parfaitement avec des poissons en sauce, des volailles crémées, des crustacés, ou encore des fromages affinés. À savourer dès maintenant pour son expression aromatique, mais il gagnera en complexité et en profondeur après quelques années de garde.

Major Con: it is incredibly drying, and the soap needed to scrub it off is A LOT. That coupled with chlorine is a lot for my skin . Still on my sunscreen journey.
