Het domein ligt op een geologische breuk waardoor de waterhuishouding beter is dan bij de omliggende wijngaarden.  De wijnstokken zijn meer dan 50 jaar oud en produceren kleine hoeveelheden maar van extreme concentratie en kwaliteit. El Sacramento is eigendom van de Belg Etienne Cordonnier. De familie Cordonnier heeft sinds generaties lang met wijn te maken.

Prachtige witte wijn gemaakt uit Viura en Malvasia. Door een gisting met temperatuurscontrole worden alle edele aroma's in deze wijn bewaard. Een lagering van 4 maanden op Franse eiken vaten ronden dit prachtige geheel af. In de neus vinden we aroma's van witte vruchten, peer en citrus gemengd met perzik en witte bloesems. In de mond eerst wat krachtige aanzet maar eens de wijn zich 'geeft' krijgen we een heerlijk harmonieus geheel. Deze wijn kan gerust nog een 5-tal jaar kelderen.
