Mit Curcumin Extrakt 45 von Dr. Wolz ist es gelungen, die Bioverfügbarkeit des Curcumins deutlich zu erhöhen und dem Körper möglichst viel Curcumin zur Verfügung zu stellen, damit dessen Nutzen voll ausgenutzt wird. Die fettlöslichen (lipophilen) Curcuminmoleküle sind in einen Ring von Glucosemolekülen (eine Zuckerart – den sogenannten Cyclodextrinen) eingebettet, und zwar so, dass sich eine hydrophile (wasserliebende) Außenseite und in ihrem Innern ein lipophiler, also fettfreundlicher Hohlraum ergeben. In diesem Hohlraum hält sich das Curcuminmolekül auf, bis es im Darm angelangt ist. Dort wird es von den Cyclodextrinmolekülen einzeln zur Darmwand transportiert, wo es aufgenommen werden kann, während das Cyclodextrin abgebaut und ausgeschieden wird.
Wissenschaftlich belegt – Curcumin Extrakt 45
Die höhere Bioverfügbarkeit des Sekundären Pflanzenstoffs Curcumin wurde auch wissenschaftlich in Studien nachgewiesen. Dabei wurde den Versuchspersonen einmal normales Curcumin gegeben sowie drei verschiedene Präparate, von denen die Hersteller sagen, die Bioverfügbarkeit sei besonders hoch – inklusive Curcumin Extrakt 45 von Dr. Wolz. Das Ergebnis: Curcumin Extrakt 45 wurde rund 40-mal effizienter aufgenommen als das reine Curcuminpulver! Daraus folgt, dass Curcumin Extrakt 45 dem Organismus das volle Potenzial des Curcumins in einem wesentlich höheren Umfang zur Verfügung stellt als bisher erhältliche Curcumin-Produkte.
