Der Regenschutz für große Hunde und für kleine Hunde bietet ein minimalistisches Design, verbunden mit modernsten Technologien. Der bequeme und wasserdichte Hunde Regenmantel besteht aus 70% recycelten Materialien mit einer Membrane aus PU, sodass Regen trotz weicher und griffiger Haptik mühelos abperlt.

Der lange, wasserdichte 2-Wege-Reißverschluss ermöglicht, dass alle möglichen Halsbänder und Geschirre unter dem Hundemantel einfach zu erreichen sind. Dank Gummizug und Flächenklett verrutscht der Regenmantel auch beim Spielen und Rennen nicht. Die dynamische Passform ist bequem und überzeugt durch cleanes Design. Der Hund bleibt mit der Hunderegenjacke vor Wind und Regen geschützt (8000mm Wassersäule), während auch euer Zuhause nach dem Spaziergang trocken bleibt.

Pflege:

Bei 30 Grad Feinwäsche oder Wollwaschgang mit einem milden Waschmittel waschen und tropfnass aufhängen. Bitte vor dem Waschen alle Klett- und Reißverschlüsse schließen. Nicht chemisch reinigen oder im Wäschetrockner trocknen.

This book completely blew my mind as it broadened my horizons on the opportunities to be found in real estate investing from the other side of the transaction...as the lender rather than the borrower. Feeling fully inspired and mission-aligned with the idea of private money lending, I delved into the nitty gritty. The book provides just the right amount of detail and actionable information without being overwhelming. I'll stop writing so you can go order the book and start reading IT instead of this review. You won't be disappointed...even if you pursue some other aspect of real estate investing you will understand both sides of the lending transaction more holistically and walk away a better investor.
